Book I Am Beauty

You’re about to reserve your place in an immersive experience that invites you to reconnect with beauty in a way that feels real and personal.

Not as something to define or achieve,

but as something you can notice, feel, and express in your own way.

This Perth based workshop is shared with a small group of women, creating space for connection, reflection, and a sense of being held within the day.

This is a gentle next step into the journey.

What to expect

This is a gently guided,  immersive experience that unfolds through nature, shared moments, and creative exploration.

We begin outdoors at 11 Acres, a permaculture farm that invites a slower pace. Here, you’ll reconnect with the land and settle into presence through simple, sensory awareness. Gardens, open space, and a small number of resident animals form part of the environment, creating a setting that feels alive and grounded.

From there, the experience moves into the kitchen, where you’ll take part in preparing and sharing a meal together. It’s a space to engage with food in a more intuitive and sensory way, alongside others.

The day then opens into a creative reflection, offering a quiet opportunity to give form to what has been felt and noticed throughout the experience.

The afternoon and evening flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, with both individual and shared moments woven throughout.

No prior experience is needed. You’re simply invited to arrive as you are.

In the case of wet weather, the experience will adapt while maintaining its intention and flow.

Food sensation

As part of the day, we prepare and share a meal together, guided by a professional chef and shaped by what is seasonal and locally available.

This is a hands on experience where you’ll be involved in different parts of the process, with a focus on sensing rather than following, noticing flavour, texture, and rhythm as you go. Along the way, stories, knowledge, and quiet guidance are woven in, offering a deeper way of relating to food beyond the recipe.

The menu reflects the natural availability of ingredients and may include elements such as dairy, eggs, and meat.

You’re always welcome to engage in a way that feels comfortable for you, while being part of a shared kitchen environment where these ingredients are present.

If you have severe allergies or medical dietary requirements, please reach out prior to booking to ensure this experience is suitable for you.

This is a shared culinary experience, held as part of the wider journey of the day.

Creative reflection

As the evening unfolds, we move into a process of creative reflection to give form to what you have felt and noticed throughout the day. Guided through a simple zine-making approach, you will map the strengths, values, and resilience that form your true inner beauty.

This isn’t about being an artist or getting it right; it’s about using images, collage, words, drawing, symbols and colour to capture what is within you.

What you create becomes something you can take with you, a quiet, personal piece that holds what you’ve experienced, and can be returned to in your own time.

What to bring

  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease throughout the day, across both outdoor and indoor spaces.
  • Closed toe shoes are recommended, suitable for walking on grass and natural ground, and for working comfortably in the kitchen.

  • A water bottle and anything else that helps you feel at ease.
  • Most importantly, an openness to slow down, connect, and take part in the experience.

Important to know

This experience is not a therapy session or clinical support offering. It is designed for those who feel open to self reflection and personal exploration.
